2. Course Enrollment

• Once enrolled, students must adhere to the academic guidelines and complete all course requirements for successful completion.

3. Payment Policy

• All course fees must be paid in full or according to the selected installment plan before access is granted.

• Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific written agreement.

4. Certification Fees & Processing Charges

• Certification fees are not included in the general course fee unless explicitly mentioned.

• All students are required to pay a separate certification processing fee at the time of course completion to receive their official certificate.

• This fee covers documentation, verification, and issuance and may vary depending on the course or program level.

• Any additional courier or urgent processing fees will be borne by the student.

5. International Approval Charges

• For courses that offer internationally approved certifications, an additional approval charge will apply.

• These international approval charges are not included in the course or certification fee and will be collected separately.

• Each certificate's approval cost may vary based on the international accrediting body, and exact fees will be communicated at the time of certification.

• International approvals are optional but mandatory for students who wish to obtain internationally recognized documentation.

6. Code of Conduct

• All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the course duration.

• Aesthetic Academy has the right to terminate access to any student violating ethical standards or misusing academy resources.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, and content are the intellectual property of Aesthetic Academy.

• Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Aesthetic Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from course use, delays, technical failures, or certification rejections by third parties.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of relevant Pakistani courts.
